Mystery boxes: all sales final

Part of the experience of our mail mystery boxes is opening packages that are unknown to us. Once a package is opened, that experience can't be repeated, so all sales of mystery boxes are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on mystery boxes.

No guaranteed value

We don't open the packages, so we can't guarantee the value or condition of what's inside any box.

Lost in the mail

All of our boxes are insured. If your order is lost in the mail, email us at info@fundelivered.shop with your order number, and file a claim directly with the mail carrier.
